1. Agreement

These Terms form an agreement between you and Strong Systems. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing access for their operators and team members.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use the platform to violate applicable laws or regulations.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and terms presented at signup or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Strong Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the platform and its users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
